Our new generation of Heavy Duty halfshafts are made from "4340" Alloy Steel and are now supplied with a FIVE YEAR replacement warranty against failure.

These shafts are made to fit the later "slim" hub driver (15mm) as fitted to the 300 TDI vehicles.

Our rear shafts will need a pair of separate outer drive flanges if you don"t already have them. Halfshafts for the 90 rear up to Vin No LA930456 have seperate flanges so it will not be necessary to replace your existing flanges unless you wish to upgrade to our heavy duty flanges. Halfshafts after this Vin no have integral flanges so it will be necessary to purchase both the halfshafts and the 859 flanges.
