Our new generation of Heavy Duty halfshafts are made from "4340" Alloy Steel and are now supplied with a FIVE YEAR replacement warranty against failure.

These shafts fit the earlier thick style rear drive flanges that are fitted to the "wet" type hub.

These shafts are made to fit the earlier "thick" hub driver (18mm) as fitted to the 200 TDI and earlier vehicles.

Our rear shafts will need a pair of separate outer drive flanges if you don"t already have them.

Our part number '5806/M' If you have a Range rover classic or early Disco 1 you will have the one piece (10 spline) shaft and (think) flange. If you want to fit heavy duty halfshafts to this axle you will need this type of flange which looks just like the '5806' but the bolt hole PCD, bolt hole diameter and the location diameter are all slightly different.
