Ordering any item is very simple and can be done by email, fax or telephone. You may need to talk to us but if you are confident about the product/(s) required we will need the following information from you.

Before ordering please remember that the prices quoted do not include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Also remember to include the carriage costs when calculating the total charge.

• Credit Card Details (sorry, we are unable to accept American Express or Diners)

To all non-account customers we will need to charge a core deposit which will be refunded immediately upon receipt of your exchange unit which should be complete and not stripped. The core price varies by type of unit as follows: -

• LT77 £200
• R380 £350
• LT230 £100
• Borg Warner £300
• Differential £75 or £100

Please note that all core units must be returned within a 12 month period to obtain a refund.

Cheques are an acceptable method of payment but it will be necessary to allow sufficient time for the cheque to be cleared before goods can be dispatched.

If you are an overseas customer ordering within the EEC and you have a VAT number, please also provide this in order that the goods can be charged net of VAT.

We will confirm availability and dispatch dates with you once we have received your order.

Delivery

It is difficult to give exact delivery costs as they are dependent on the weight of your order but for an approximate indication:-

Within the UK mainland, excluding the Highlands, including collection

Overnight, next day delivery

One unit (i.e. tfr box or manual gearbox) £50

(for Isle of Wight add an additional £10)

The prices above include both delivery and collection of the old unit

(for Isle of Wight add an additional £5)

This is just for the delivery. We can arrange collection of the differential as well, for UK customers only, for an additional £15 (plus an additional £5 for the Isle of Wight).

Delivery service time is usually within 2-7 days depending on location.
